Program Overview:
Our DUI school offers the Risk Reduction Program/DUI school in order to help you to not repeat the same mistake! It's one of the requirements for regaining your license.
We at AA Academy of Action Driving School are not out to judge or preach. Our job is to be the first step in your solution. We understand people make mistakes.
Summary of Georgia law regarding DUI:
Completing the DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program (RRP) is necessary to reinstate a driver's license after a DUI, drug possession, underage alcohol possession while driving, or Boating Under the Influence (BUI) conviction.
If your license is suspended due to any of these offenses, it stays suspended until you successfully finish the Risk Reduction Program. If you have a DUI charge, you must also undergo a Clinical Evaluation and, if needed, complete a Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
While most participants attend the program to reinstate their license, some are court-ordered or join voluntarily. Our DUI school provides the required class for this purpose.
Before starting the class, there's a mandatory assessment at the AA Academy of Action Driving School, costing $360 (including the assessment). Contact the school to schedule the assessment.
Note: The Risk Reduction Program/DUI School is not the same as the drug and alcohol evaluation by certified professionals. We can share a list of local providers for that service if needed.
DUI School / RRP Evaluation and Class Price
The cost for the DUI School / RRP class is $360
($100 for the online assessment and $260 for the class - these are state mandated prices)
The fee for this class must be paid in advance by credit card, cash or money order and the fee is non-refundable.
* We have not cancelled a class in years, chose us first and avoid being the victim of a cancelled class.
DUI School - Class Schedule

The class is held for 20 hours over a three day period - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

The class for Friday begins promptly at 6:00 PM and lasts until 10:00 PM. (4 hours)

The classes for Saturday and Sunday begin promptly at 8:30 AM and lasts until 5:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch break.

Virtual Online DUI School - Class Schedule

The Virtual DUI School runs consecutively with the in-person DUI School.
